Apostle Dr. Eric L. Jones

Apostle Dr. Eric L. Jones founded P.R.I.M.E. Initiative to bring faith-rooted restoration into structured work with people, families, and communities. From the Seattle/Tacoma Home Office, he guides the organization’s vision, program standards, and commitment to accountable service.
His public ministry profile describes a life devoted to serving God and community, leadership within the Fivefold Ministry, and a continuing emphasis on redemption, restoration, spiritual growth, and equipping others. That foundation informs P.R.I.M.E.’s conviction that accountability and human dignity belong together.
As founder, Apostle Jones works to translate belief into practical pathways through education, mentoring, participant-owned planning, community contribution, and responsible coordination. He serves alongside his wife, Elder Callie Jones, in faith and ministry.

Prepare. Restore. Integrate. Mentor. Empower. These five movements form a flexible continuum for prevention, personal growth, community stability, and reentry. The journey is not always linear, but the next responsible action should be clear.

Faith, welcome, and practical services
P.R.I.M.E. is faith-rooted and serves people of any faith or no faith. Religious activities are voluntary and are never a condition for practical services, referrals, grievances, respectful treatment, or program completion.
Our flagship Tacoma pathway
OWN IT Tacoma brings the P.R.I.M.E. framework to youth ages 13–18 and adults through practical curriculum, mentoring, community contribution, and an individualized blueprint for what comes next. Reentry support remains available as an optional adult pathway—not a default identity.
