Families should know what the program expects, how progress is supported, and where privacy boundaries apply. Youth participation requires separate guardian authorization and youth assent; optional media permission is never bundled into program consent.

Safety and emergencies
OWN IT is not emergency response. For immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. Safeguarding concerns are routed to trained, authorized reviewers.
