Families should know what the program expects, how progress is supported, and where privacy boundaries apply. Youth participation requires separate guardian authorization and youth assent; optional media permission is never bundled into program consent.

Confidential youth reflections and mentor conversations are not automatically shared. Access follows consent, safety duties, mandatory-reporting requirements, and need-to-know rules.
