Mentors, facilitators, presenters, and project volunteers complete role-specific screening, training, confidentiality, safeguarding, and approval before participant assignment.

Ongoing supervision
Assignments have defined access, capacity limits, check-ins, conflict review, and a clear concern-escalation pathway.
